Range of production
Our range of production includes the following fields of technology: Turning (long and short units), milling, grinding, and honing. In addition, we offer the assembly of complete components and assemblies.
Our technological production equipment undergoes continuous modernization, upgrading, and extension to enable us to satisfy your requirements for more and more complex workpieces and components at any time. Our focus lies on pre-assembly/pre-finished turned parts, mainly made of stainless steel and wrought aluminium alloys, with or without surface finish applied. We also offer the production of milled parts.
It goes without saying that you can always benefit from our know-how in a wide range of manufacturing technologies as we can provide expert consulting, especially when it comes to the modification of parts in a way that ensures the intended proper function of the part but that helps to reduce costs at the same time.
Dimensions: Diameters ranging from 1 mm to 65 mm, lengths up to 300 mm.
Fits: Turning of fits in a range from IT7 to IT6 (IT5), cylindrical grinding IT4 to IT3 (depending on material and geometric requirements).
Batch sizes: approx. 500 to 5,000 pieces.
